Buy A Used Truck And Raise Money for Breast Cancer Research

Since 2014, Kelley Lakeland Used Truck Superstore has donated a percentage of our October proceeds to support breast cancer research. Last year, we donated more than $4,000 to the American Cancer Society, all thanks to every person who came in to buy a used truck from us in the month of October.

With one in eight women in the United States is diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime, breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed form of cancer in women. Each year, over a quarter million women are diagnosed with breast cancer, and men aren’t immune either! While the number diagnosed is far less, almost 2,500 men are still diagnosed with breast cancer each year.

While death rates from breast cancer have been slowly declining since around 1990, more than 40,000 people still die from breast cancer each year. It doesn’t have to be that way! With studies currently going on to learn more about the causes of breast cancer, and to find better forms of both diagnosis and treatment, there is hope that we can make death from breast cancer a thing of the past.

When you come in to buy this October, you don’t have to do anything special to make sure your purchase helps support breast cancer research—we’re donating a percentage of all proceeds, no matter what.  And with access to a hundred trucks on this lot—and hundreds of other vehicles through our family of dealerships—you can find the best selection of trucks at the best value, all while helping raise money for a good cause.

If you want buy a used truck to help us raise money for breast cancer research this October, check out our selection of used trucks, and then give us a call at (877) 535-5394 to set up your appointment today!
